FLAT RATE SUBSCRIBERS
Support for CWIA Flat Rate Subscribers - All flat rate customers that have choosen support are sent the dialup number for support. If you are usage based and wish phone support, you may switch to the lite service. Support covers connections, email help on Netscape, Eudrora and MS Outlook and browsers Netscape and Explorer. Support does not handle accounting problems. These are done through acct@cwia.com. If you have been deactivated due to lack of payment, you can call support to give credit card information if you do not have any other way to contact accounting.
