Use pop.cwia.com as the POP3 (receive) server and smtp.cwia.com as the SMTP (send) server
Please make sure you email login name includes @cwia.com
You can also check email online at webmail.cwia.com
Your SMTP port needs to be set to 2525. It is usually set to port 25 which will not work.
