On your outlook menu bar select Tools - Services as shown below.

After going to Services your screen will look like this.

Select the Services tab (if not already selected). All of the currently
installed Windows Messaging services will be shown. Notice there are two
Internet E-mail services shown in this example. If you have not setup any
Internet E-mail services yet, you will not see any of the Internet E-mail
items.
That's OK, just click ADD to add a new Internet E-mail service if none are shown. We will show you the settings to use when adding the Internet E-mail service for E-Mail Express.*
So, whether you are adding a new Internet E-mail service or modifying an existing Internet E-mail service click ADD or PROPERTIES and use the process that follows:
Under the General tab give your Internet E-mail account a name; then put in your name and full email address as shown below.

Under the Servers tab fill in the email server information. Put smtp.cwia.com as the Outgoing Mail (SMTP) server and pop.cwia.com as the Incoming Mail (POP) server .

***IMPORTANT! Your username actually is your email username and not the user name you use to log into the internet. If your email address is joe@cwia.com, your user name is joe@cwia.com. Be sure to user the password that is associated with this email name.***. Click on the Advanced tab and make sure to set the Outgoing Mail Server Port to 2525. The Incoming should show 110.
Click OK to save your settings. OK all the way out to your main Outlook screen and then exit Outlook. None of the changes you just made will go into effect until you close and restart Outlook.
Whether or not you will be able to add multiple Internet E-mail accounts as shown in this example depends on which version of Outlook you are running. The Outlook that comes with standard Microsoft Office only allows one Internet E-mail account. In order to modify Windows Messaging so that you can have multiple Internet E-mail accounts, you need to download the Outlook mail enhancement patch called outlimep.exe at the address http://www.microsoft.com/Outlook/Optimize/.
Microsoft also make available an "upgrade" to Office called SR1 (service release 1). If Office SR1 is installed it will automatically modify Windows Messaging to support more than one Internet E-mail service. We do not recommend installing SR1 in order to get this capability. It is better to stick with the original install of Outlook and add the email enhancement patch described above.
Of course, if you have only one Internet E-mail account you don't have to worry about any of this multiple email account business. If you already have one Internet E-mail service setup and have not downloaded the mail enhancement patch for multiple accounts you can click the PROPERTIES button to modify the one you have for use with E-Mail Express.
